Just for Alex – this is the recipe I use for sweet potato fries. There are measurements and all, but I just use however many sweet potatoes I have (usually two) and improvise on amounts… which is a stretch for me…
Sweet Potatoes, cut into spears
Zesty Italian Dressing
Fresh Parsley (never use)
Preheat oven to 375. Toss potatoes with dressing.
Place on lightly greased backing sheet
Bake 30 minutes, sprinkling with cheese during last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
